I am an attorney, practicing for the last two decades in employment law and education law. I have been part of the leadership of Shipman & Goodwin for the last 8 years, and culminating in my current role as Managing Partner.)

 

My husband, Raymond, is an educator and school administrator. We have one daughter, Maya, who is an actor and singer, is studying in the Actor Training at the Hartt School at the University of Hartford. Our niece Lilly is like another daughter to us, and she is graduating from CCSU this May with a degree in biomolecular sciences. We live in Hartford and in Old Saybrook.

One of my professional goals is to continue leading our firm to another successful year, marked by expansion of our team and growth of our firm.

​My first forum retreat is now a core memory for me. I enjoyed getting to know my forum mates better, and really appreciated the chance to step away and focus on leadership and personal connection with people I hope to be friends with for the rest of my life.
